Previous Issues - here New GAAP for Private Companies The AcSB has finalized a new set of standards that will become the new GAAP for Private Enterprises. The new standards will be issued by the end of 2009. The GAAP for Private Enterprises exposure draft contains a summary of the significant changes proposed and extracts from the proposed new Handbook for areas where the proposed new GAAP is significantly different from the existing Handbook.
